Terms & Conditions 2007
1) Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we require full payment upon placing your order. This can be done via our secure online facility.
2) Manufacture will commence on receipt of cleared funds.
3) Proofs to include your insert wording will be sent within 10 days of receipt of your order. Once these proofs have been signed and returned we will commence production of your order. Please be aware that any delay in returning your signed proofs may result in a delay in receiving your order.
4) A minimum lead time of 4-6 weeks should be allowed from receipt of final payment and proofs.
5) Please note that lead times may be longer due to circumstances outwith normal control such as staff illness, postal strikes or delay in delivery of materials. We will notify you of any foreseen delay.
6) We will endeavour to meet your deadlines wherever possible. Please do inform us at your earliest convenience.
7) In the event of cancellation all work in progress will be paid for.
8) We will only refund or exchange goods if they are faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.
9) Lilydove stationery is hand finished and slight variations may occur. Please be aware of this.
10) There is a standard postage and packaging charge of £10.00 per order. We do not charge postage for samples.
11) Prices are subject to change from time to time but an increase will not affect confirmed orders.
