Samples
Due to the intricate nature of our stationery we unfortunately have to charge for any samples requested. We do not charge postage for these. Lilydove will however refund any samples on all orders over £100. Just add a quantity of 1 for each sample you require on the appropriate order page.
ORDERING INFORMATION Lily Dove
All the collections you see are available to purchase via our secure online payment system. Just enter your chosen collections page and click on the ‘place order’ button to the bottom left of the screen and you will be taken to the order page for that particular design.
Should you prefer – you can download and fill in the postal order form and send it together with your cheque payment.
Personlisation and wording: Once you have ordered we will contact you requesting your wording details. The forms are available to download at the bottom of this page, otherwise we will email them to you. Please complete the form with your personal details and either send or email it back to us. Once your details have been received we will send you your proofs within ten days. Please study these carefully as we cannot be held responsible for any faults once these have been approved.
If, at this point you do not wish to proceed with your order, we unfortunately are not able to refund the cost of producing the proofs (a maximum value of £20 depending on what you have ordered). We will, however, refund you the remaining balance of your order. It is advised therefore that you order an invitation sample prior to placing a full stationery order to ensure you are happy with the style and quality of our work.
